Administrative and logistics support with French and German in Woluwe-saint-pierre
Bright Plus International Talents is looking for a coordinator for a client located in Brussel. This person will provide administrative sales and logistics support. The aim is to provide essential support to the sales team.
The mainly tasks are:
- Administrative assistance as well as sales and logistic support for the sales team.
- Management of customer, supplier and carrier telephone calls
- Checking, recording, managing and tracking orders, as well as managing supplies and shipments
- Control of transport, customs as well as insurance documents
- Management of contact and item databases
- Customer billing and verification and recording of purchase and transport invoices
- Filing and recording as well as standard secretarial tasks
- Looking for a job in an Operations department, both administrative and commercial
- Good professional multilingualism (bilingual communication in French and German) and a good level of English is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Someone who is eager to learn, to understand and to evolve
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills are an advantage
- Flexible and versatile, as well as well-organized and structured
- Sense of responsibility, team spirit, open-mind and communication skills
- Someone who takes initiative, pro-active, autonomous as well as fast in execution and precision.
