I. Creation
The profession of management assistant has seen a strong evolution over the past years. As a pivotal figure within an organisation, the assistant is receiving more and more responsibility and being entrusted with a greater number of projects. In short, the assistant functions as a second in command and co-manager. The need for specific and qualitative information has grown from this evolution. AssistantPlus.be provides the answer to this need by acting as an information source, meeting place and platform.
AssistantPlus.be is a professional community portal developed at the initiative of Secretary Plus, a member of USG People nv.
II. AssistantPlus.be target group
- All assistants in a managerial support function;
- Junior to senior assistants with Dutch, French or English as their native language;
- Expats and future expats in an assistant function;
- Contact persons, teachers and (future) students;
- Suppliers used by the assistants;
- Potential advertisers and partners.
III. Our mission
AssistantPlus.be is the assistant’s assistant. The community portal is a clear, effective and user-friendly website for the assistant.
AssistantPlus.be simplifies the work of assistants, accelerates the search for information, promotes the exchange of knowledge and ideas and allows assistants to discover new products and services.
IV. Our vision
AssistantPlus.be creates added value for the assistant (sharing of knowledge and skills) by being a true reference and a privileged, reliable and indispensable partner to the assistant in the performance of his/her duties.
